| How
do I produce a show?
Producing a program for television is an exciting educational process AND requires a tremendous amount of commitment. Your first step is to have a message! If you have something important to share with your community, you'll find it easier to commit to an extensive and intense training process. First, join us for our free monthly Introduction to class where you'll learn more about 'Olelo, the production process, and meet others interested in creating non-commercial community programming. This class must be attended before signing up for other training classes. We offer fast paced, hands on training to teach you the specifics of producing programming for access channels. Once certified as a producer, or technician, you can check out our equipment - at no charge - to begin your own production, or assist others in producing programs. Check out our schedule of upcoming classes. |

If I'm not interested in making my own show, can I still train to volunteer? What do I need to do to use 'Olelo equipment? How do I schedule equipment or an edit bay? |
