New/Revised Sections of Operating Procedures

There are three new sections to Olelo's Operating Procedures which all apply to all clients. These procedures were developed through participation of the Access Services Advisory Committee (ASAC), the Olelo Board of Directors Program Committee and staff. These procedures were primarily developed to ensure clarity as it relates to client, staff and facility safety, requirements for retaining access privileges and concerns related to suspensions.

Note that the Operating Procedures do change from time to time, and as a client who utilizes the services and resources available at `Olelo, you are responsible for reviewing these changes and understanding what is required of you. Copies of the entire Operating Procedures are available at the access facilities. Please sign the acknowledgment form when you pick up a copy for your files.
